DigiMESH – Supporting the career development of immigrants by developing digital networking methods
The DigiMESH project aims to strengthen the possibilities of highly educated immigrants living in Finland to find employment matching their skills by developing digital networking.
The aim is to develop the digital skills of international talents to operate and establish important work-related contacts in digital environments, as well as to boost the abilities of professionals to guide their talents in digital networking. The project also aims to identify the needs of companies and employers with regard to employing international workforce and recognising suitable methods to network with them.
The project is implemented by Turku University of Applied Sciences, Tampere University of Applied Sciences and the International Working Women of Finland association. The project is funded by the European Social Fund (REACT-EU funding) from January 2022 to October 2023. The REACT-EU projects are financed as part of the European Union’s efforts in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The project ended on 31.10.2023.
